Pre-Exam Mindfulness
Our school FSLW, Paige, will be available on exam days for students between 7:45 am-8:10 am in the Drama Room to offer some mindful relaxation/breathing prior to exam writing. Our aim is help these kids calm their brains down before writing their tests. We hope lots of students take her up on this fantastic opportunity!
